While this is ridiculous, censorship, and copyright is being used as a mean to do it, the article fails in quite a number is aspects. The most important being that the lawyers form isn't simply trolling, and their claim of criminal infringement is correct. That this is copyright infringement no one should doubt (and the fact that the code is delivered to the offending party's browser doesn't change it), as for the fact that copyright infringement is a criminal offense in India...
